If we don't have a category built in you have the ability to add your own. On top of this you have the ability to assign contacts to specific markets giving you the tools to see what contacts you for a given market, get alerts to follow up or for important dates that are great to maintain that personal relationship.

In short, yes we will hold monthly Zoom meetings to showcase how to make use of the Portal, and answer any specific questions that you may have.
We provide a rather robust set of contact types. This includes Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Property Managers, Investors, Sponsors, and many more. If by chance we don't have a contact type that you need, we give you the flexibility to add your own custom contact types that you can assign to your contacts!
By default we do not define any markets. You have 100% control over what markets are defined. There are too many markets for us to keep track of and most of them wouldn't be relavent to where you are actively working. Once you've defined a market in the Underwriting Defaults, any Underwritten Property, or on a Contact it will automatically appear in the autocomplete list for you.
Yes! In addition to updating the defaults, we also give you the ability to adjust your defaults based on the market you're working in. The portal is smart enough to apply the correct defaults based on what you've defined.
While we're hoping to provide better integration in the future, if we have verified that you're an RE Mentor student you will automatically have the ability to export your underwriting into their forms so that you can send it to their team!
